Instratech Private Limited was incorporated in the year 1992. The
manufacturing and commercial activities of the company commenced in
September 1993.
We are ISO 9001:2000
certified company. Our thrust is exports and it amounts to about 70%
of total turnover.
Management
The company is managed by
its full time directors Mr. K.M. Mahajan and Mr. S.V. Gadaiyar.
Mr. K.M. Mahajan
looks after the business development. He is a technocrat having
experience from business giants like Larsen& Toubro and SKF
Bearings. His area of specialization include fabrication with
welding applications as his forte, machining and developing
technology oriented products especially import substitutes.
Mr. S.V. Gadiyar handles the manufacturing and administration
activities of the company. He has excellent exposure to good
manufacturing practices having worked with Crompton Greaves Ltd.,
Nasik, a leading switchgear company, before setting up Gemini
Instratech Pvt. Ltd.
Further, design and development of instrument transformers and other
electrical products is looked after by Mr. Jayaprakash P.,
who has profound experience of 12 years in design and development of
both OIP instrument transformers up to 420 kV and epoxy insulated
medium voltage instrument transformers and he was working with
Crompton Greaves, Ambad, Nasik for a period of 10 years.
