Completely oil filled design
This means bushings are completely oil filled and fitted with a Stainless Steel bellows for oil volume compensation. There is no gas column which will essentially impair the insulation property of the bushing.
No restriction of transporting angle.
Usually other makes bushings do have a gas column on the top and hence cannot be transported horizontally as the gas will enter in to the core insulation which will lead to product failure afterwards. Our bushings due to absence of gas column, could be transported without worries in any angle.
No restriction of mounting angle.
Bushings are designed for even mounting horizontally.
Use of O rings for all sealing points
Only high quality O rings are used at all sealing points. They are ensured to operate under pre-decided compression for long life and reliability.
Oil indicator is a single component
(moulded with UV resistant transparent material) for high reliability.
Epoxy resin cast oil end insulator
Low dielectric loss factor (<0.005) up to rated voltage
Provision for oil sampling at mounting flange level.
All aluminium components with no paint policy (optionally painted also)
