Outdoor Cyclo-aliphatic Resin Cast Voltage Transformers
Cyclo-aliphatic resin cast Voltage Transformers are designed and type tested to meet most stringent working conditions and are suitable for application for all environmental conditions. Designs are available from 12 kV to 38 kV for line—earth connected VTs. Line to Line VTs could be supplied for 12 kV applications.

Indoor , Epoxy Resin Cast Current Transformers
Wide range of CTs ( Wound Primary / Bar Primary / Window (Ring) ) are available from 3.6 kV to 38 kV. Current Transformers are made with liquid resin system with plasticizer processed under controlled temperature and vacuum. Designs are type tested as per latest revision of IEC 60044-1. Generally CTs with primary currents ranging from 5 A to 5000 A are covered by different frames. Designs could be tailor made to suite customer requirement for specific application.

Indoor , Epoxy Resin Cast Current Transformers
Voltage Transformers are also made with liquid resin system with plasticizer and is processed under controlled temperature and vacuum. VTs are designed and type tested as per latest revision of IEC 60044-2. Design are available for VTs suitable for Voltage Factor =1.9 for 8 hours. Voltage Transformers can be supplied with / without HV fuse on primary side ( up to 22 kV). Also Line to Line VTs could be supplied till 12 kV system voltage.

Outdoor, OIP Insulated Condenser Bushings
High Quality Condenser graded bushings are on the offer from 52 kV up to 170 kV.
Bushings could be supplied as per IEC or ANSI. The bushings are most critical
components of a power transformer and we understand its flawless functioning is
most important. Gemini OIP Bushings are completely oil filled with stainless steel
bellow provided for oil volume compensation making it truly hermetically sealed and
most reliable. Bushings could be handled horizontally without worries and while
assembling on to the transformer, special care is not necessary in view of is degree
of axis to vertical. Bushings could be supplied in 100 /300 /600 BCT for
800/1250/3150 A applications for heavily polluted atmosphere.
